(Identification) classes, such as a variety of Cooking Demonstrations and Smart Cart sessions, our experienced Culinary weight loss Specialists will show you how to prepare quick, easy and nutritious meals that can be made at home. 

Guests of Hilton Head Health weight loss retreat can also participate in classes such as Planning Healthy Meals and Nutrition for Health, where our Health Specialists guide you in:

  • Learning what staples and ingredients provide the foundation for your pantry and refrigerator.
  • Determining how to make healthy diet substitutions in your favorite recipes.
  • Discovering that there are no bad foods, but rather UNWISE, BETTER, and BEST choices.
