Hilton Head Health spa weight loss retreat believes that exercise is a lifelong prescription for health and longevity.  On the most basic level, physical activity improves strength, flexibility and coordination.  With a variety of fitness classes, each weight loss retreat Guest can create an exercise routine that is fit for their personal level and interest.  At Hilton Head Health spa, live-in Guests have the opportunity to experience fitness activities you wouldn't find in your local gym such as Beach Boot Camp, Broad Creek Kayaking, Cardio-Tennis and many more.

At Hilton Head Health weight loss spa, our experienced Fitness Specialists and Instructors give you the knowledge and practice to create an exercise plan that works for your lifestyle.  Our schedule is designed to allow Guests to start and end the day with a variety of fitness options.

2. Nutrition
At the Hilton Head Health weight loss retreat, Guests enjoy an individually tailored spa meal plan with many choices, delicious flavors, and realistic portions.  Through interactive H3 I.D. classes, such as a variety of Cooking Demonstrations and Smart Cart sessions, our experienced Culinary weight loss Specialists will help you create a diet meal plan you can live with!

Guests of Hilton Head Health weight loss retreat can also participate in classes such as Planning Healthy Meals and Nutrition for Health, where our Health Specialists guide you in:

  • Learning what staples and ingredients provide the foundation for your pantry and refrigerator.
  • Determining how to make healthy diet substitutions in your favorite recipes.
  • Discovering that there are no bad foods, but rather UNWISE, BETTER and BEST choices.

Our Guests appreciate the portion controlled gourmet spa meals served in the pleasant environment of the Hilton Head Health's dining room or open courtyard.  Our weight loss nutrition plan is based on the guidelines from American Heart, American Cancer and American Diabetes Association.  This low fat, low sodium, low refined carbohydrate, and high fiber diet will keep you feeling satisfied throughout your stay.  The Hilton Head Health weight loss retreat will never jump on a fat farm or celebrity diet bandwagon or advocate a weight loss gimmick for short-term gains.

Hilton Head Health weight loss retreat incorporates the mind/body connection essential to self-awareness and a peaceful existence.  At our weight loss retreat, spa Guests participate in self-reflection and centering activities that encourage awareness of the Individual's need for change.  Through Group Discussions facilitated by our SELF Specialist, each Guest will explore the methods to achieve the change needed for successful diet and weight loss.

The interactive Group Discussions at Hilton Head Health weight loss spa and retreat will empower you to:
