Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all Guests who have visited Hilton Head Health in 2008. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hilton Head Health. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to complete survey which all information will become property of Hilton Head Health. This information will not be sold to a third-party.  Limit one entry per guest. All entries must be received by (midnight EST) August 31, 2008. Sweepstakes entries become the property of Hilton Head Health and will not be returned.

Prizes: One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package: one free week at Hilton Head Health. Prize is non-transferrable. Reservation must be made prior to March 1st, 2009. No substitution of prizes permitted, unless by Hilton Head Health’s discretion. 

Drawing and Prize Redemption: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on September 10, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Hilton Head Health will notify the winner via e-mail and/or phone. 

Winner’s List: Winner’s first and last name and city/state will be posted on Hilton Head Health’s website, after the winner has been notified and their eligibility confirmed.
