One more time: does the Atkins Diet work? A new study seems to say 'yes' but there are good reasons to doubt it. Long term, a high fat diet will have bad health outcomes, and there are good medical reasons to believe so. Therefore, H3I does NOT recommend Atkins for a healthy lifestyle.
